NOTE:

Beverage exhibitor fees are refundable after the event,

Marquees are not included in exhibitor fee and if required are an additional cost

All hire options are non refundable

INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF REGISTRATION:

Exhibitor passes – maximum 4 for single stand and 8 for premium stand (includes wrist
band and exhibitor lanyard)
1x Square Terminal (per 3x3m space) & training
Liquor Licensing
Licensed security company
1 trestle table per 3x3m site if requested when registering
LIMITED Cool room and storage space for alcohol exhibitors ONLY on the day of event
(Food stalls must provide own storage)
ICE – 1 bag per day included, $5 for each bag after allocation (this will be removed from your
rebate)
Disposable 85ml BIO single use cups for beer/spirit tastings
Disposable cup for Wine tasting only
Brew crew staffing to assist with stock requirements and on day requirements
Full event marketing and media exposure
Opportunity to run activations at stand
Rebate as per above section
