TERMS OF ENTRY

Thanks for purchasing a ticket to the Finer Drop! You’re in for an amazing day.

WHAT TO BRING

YOUR TICKET
Once you’ve completed your order, this will be emailed to you. Print it out or have it ready on your phone. No ticket, no entry.

PROOF OF AGE
Drivers Licence, passport or proof of age card are a must-have. 

CREDIT/DEBIT CARD
The Finer Drop is a 100% cashless event. With no cash to handle, this helps our bars and exhibitors process transactions quickly, which means more time for you to enjoy the festival.

WHAT NOT TO BRING
Bottles, cans, glass, food, drink, alcohol, illicit drugs, illegal substances, fireworks, explosives or anything that can be used as a weapon cannot be brought into the event. Please note that all bags will be checked on arrival, and are also subject to inspection at any point during the event.

BEHAVIOUR
Take your time, plan your drinks, and consume responsibly. Mix it up with plenty of water, which is freely available throughout the festival. We have a zero tolerance approach to anti-social behaviour.

EVENT POSTPONEMENT
If you have purchased tickets to an event that is later postponed for any reason, all tickets for the original dates will automatically be transferred to the new dates or converted to Ticket Vouchers usable at any future SpecTAPular events.

CHANGE OF MIND
If you have purchased tickets for an event that is scheduled to proceed on the date advertised at the time of purchase, unfortunately no refunds are available in this circumstance. You can transfer the ticket to another event or session (see below for more info), or give it to a friend. No change of name on the ticket is required.

TICKET TRANSFERS
Transfers to another person. If you’re unable to use your tickets, they can be given to another person. We don’t need the new attendee’s name.

Transfers to another session or event. If you inadvertently booked tickets to the wrong session, please send a note with your name, email and details of your transfer to contact@spectapular.com.au and we’ll sort you out.

Please note transfers are subject to ticket availability and tickets cannot be transferred to a sold out session.

BAR SERVICE TIMES
All bars at will open at the published start time of each session. All bars will close 15 minutes prior to the published closing time of each session. 


PHOTOGRAPHY AND FILMING
By attending the festival, you agree and understand that your image may be taken at the event by official photographers and/or videographers, and consent to the commercial use of such images by SpecTAPular Enterprises for advertising, marketing and social media purposes. If you do not want us to use your image, please email a clear photograph of yourself to contact@gabs.beer in advance of the event you are attending, and we’ll make every effort to ensure no such images are used.

WIN THE ULTIMATE WEEKEND DRIVE WITH A PORSCHE 911 BROUGHT TO YOU BY PORSCHE EXCLUSIVE MANUFAKTUR PARTNER SYDNEY SOUTH

  1. The promoter is: Spectapular Enterprises Pty Ltd.
  2. This promotional campaign encourages participants to attend The Finer Drop Festival on 18th & 19th November.  
  3. Winners will be chosen, by way of random draw by the promoter’s auditors.
  4. Employees of Spectapular Enterprises or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
  5. The closing date for entry is 19th NOVEMBER 2023.
  6. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
  7. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
  8. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  9. The winner will be notified by email and/or telephone within 14 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 48 hours  of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the prospective winner and pick a replacement winner.
  10. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  11. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  12. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
  13. All entrants agree to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation.
  14. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  15. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the existing Privacy Policy found at gabsfestival.com.
  16. The prize is limited to the following outlined components. All additional travel costs, spending money, insurances, additional meals and miscellaneous items are prize winner’s expense. All prize bookings will be subject to Australian Government COVID-19 guidelines.

To enter, purchase a ticket to The Finer Drop Festival for Saturday 18th November or Sunday 19th November and check into the event.

 The prize includes:

·       Return seaplane flights for 2 people from the Seaplane Terminal in Lyne Parke, Rose Bay to Berowra Waters Inn

·       6-course degustation lunch (beverages are not included)

·       Total tour duration: 4 hours

·       Bookings subject to availability

Attendees at The Finer Drop Festival on Saturday 18th November or Sunday 19th November will be presented with the opportunity to enter at the event.

The prize includes:

·       A weekend experience with the exhilarating Porsche 911

·       The prize is non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash

·       Date to be determined in conjunction with Porsche Centre Sydney South

·       Driver must hold a current full NSW drivers license, be at least 25 years of age and is restricted to 500 kilometres

·       Nominated drivers will be required to sign a Loan Car Agreement (details available on request)
